RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

We recognize that while shopping online you may need to return an item from time to time.

  • We have a 30-day free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • NON-PERSONALIZED items may be returned no questions asked for a complete refund within 30 days of receipt.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
No refunds are available on any personalized items. PERSONALIZED items cannot be returned.

Self-service returns

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You must contact Red Bird Gifts at returns@redbirdgifts.com to handle your return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
