SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Destinations 
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous US States. At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska. We do not offer international shipping. Our products can only be billed and shipped to destinations in the 48 contiguous US States.

2. Order Processing
Most orders ship in 1-3 business days. Please allow 2-3 additional business days for personalized orders before shipment. 
 
3. Shipping
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the shipping company to update. 

All orders ship via Ground Saver Services, carried out by UPS, FedEx, or USPS, chosen by Red Bird Gifts at the time of shipping. Estimated delivery time after your order has been shipped is 3-7 business days for Standard Delivery.

During busy holiday periods, we try our best to guarantee that your order will arrive on time. Due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control there might be a slight delay in delivery of your order.

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total price of each order after all applicable discounts. 

For Standard Ground Shipping (delivery in 3-7 business days) in the contiguous US, all orders under $49 ship for a flat rate of $7.50. 

Orders over $49 ship FREE with Standard Ground Shipping.
