SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Destinations 
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous US States. At this time we do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska. We do not offer international shipping. Our products can only be billed and shipped to destinations in the 48 contiguous US States.

2. Order Processing
Blank orders ship same day if placed before 11AM EST, Monday - Friday. Personalized and monogrammed orders ship within 2 business days. 

3. Shipping
Once your order is processed, all orders ship via Ground Saver Services, carried out by UPS, FedEx, or USPS, chosen by Red Bird Gifts at the time of shipping. Estimated delivery time after your order has been shipped is 3-4 business days for Standard Delivery.

We also offer 2 Day and Next Day Shipping options.

During busy holiday periods we try our best to guarantee that your order will arrive on time. Due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control there might be a slight delay in delivery of your order.

4. Shipping Prices
Shipping prices are calculated based on the total price of each order after all applicable discounts. 

For Standard Ground Shipping (delivery in 3-4 business days) in the contiguous US, all orders under $49, ship for a flat rate of $6.99.
Orders over $49 ship free with Standard Ground Shipping.

We also offer expedited delivery options.
2 Day Shipping in the contiguous US, ship for a flat rate of $29.99. 
Next Day Shipping in the contiguous US, ship for a flat rate of $59.99.
